Carmen at the Met

Peter Gelb, although making some highly controversial casting decisions in the past (coughKimasZerbinettacough), has certainly done well, at least visually, on the new Richard Eyre production of Carmen, starring Garanca, Aldrich, and Vizin (the last two replacing la Draculette and Olga Borodina). With the likes of Alagna, Kaufmann, Kwiecien, and the less well known but equally hot Jovanovich and Tahu Rhodes, it's easy to be jealous of Carmen...

The hot Jonas Kaufmann FINALLY gets shirtless in La Scala's new production of Carmen. Thanks to Emma Dante, the director, we finally get to see Jonas' chest! If only I were Anita Rachvelishvili...(I'm sure I spelled that wrong)
